Overall a good place.

Location was good and so it was easy go around the city. There were lot of small eateries around.

THE BEDS. The beds were too soft. Now with most of the people having back problem, a firmer bed would have been much appreciated.

We stayed in in the Athenian Electric hotel not the Callirhoe. We really enjoyed the roof dining room. Fabulous views! We also like all the woodwork trimmings in hallways and room. Very warm and rich looking

Happy with our staying in this hotel

Great location. Walking distance to all major historical sites. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great with many options of cold and hot food. Strongly recommend.

Perfect location, luxurious rooms, but need some fixing.

The location and the nice room and rooftop restaurant. Loved the breakfast. Was allowed to check out an hour later to match when we needed to leave for the airport.

Didn't tell us we had to put our key card into the socket in the wall to get the electricity to work. We had to call down to be told. Huge stain on the carpet that looked wet but was dry to touch. AC was really, really bad. Cooled a little, but even on the lowest setting with the curtains pulled shut to stop the sun during the day, we were still sweating all night. The room was never cool, just standable during the day. And this was in October, glad we weren't there during the summer heat. Comfortable bed but on the very firm side. The bathroom really needs to be fixed. Light around the mirror flashing and clicking constantly. The shower head holder loose and felt like it was going to fall out. Silicone around the bubble bath was peeing, and I really don't want to know what was under those edges. Roof top restaurant was crowded and understaffed. Seemed to be a huge tourist group, so other people came over and stood next to our table talking to the next table at an EXTREMLY loud level border to yelling. This went on for an hour at least, so no peace to eat AT ALL. It was really not acceptable, but I didn't have the energy to start a fight when the staff obviously didn't think it was out of order.

Everything ! The staff are all exceptionally helpful and friendly. Everyone at the Front Desk, the restaurant team (delicious food) the housekeeping and the porters are always so nice. We would like to take Helen home with us The location is excellent and we loved our room. It was our 2nd stay….we were also at the hotel in October 2023. We have told our friends if they are travelling to Athens, don’t stay anywhere else ! We also loved the furnishings and decor. Breakfast has plenty of choices…the Greek yogurt is the best we’ve ever tasted

Great locale , accommodations , restaurant, view of acropolis was extraordinary from rooftop restaurants/ bar️

Staff was excellent.. accommodated early check in, beautiful rooftop restaurant/bar with gorgeous view of acropolis. Food was decent.. breakfast buffet great but make sure you include with reservation. Room was clean, quiet, bed was very comfortable.

Had a small balcony street view.. Athens isn’t ideal for views but that’s not a problem. Everything else was great.

Good

Nice staff, very good breakfast, reasonably located, very close to the acropolis. Our room had a partial view of the Partenón. The temperature issue was something else.

We came during Christmas but the temperature was 19 degrees. The room was very warm with the heating in the Hotel. No way to turn on the AC (the staff said they couldn't turn it on) so we had to open the window which brought a lot of nose from the street waking us several times during the night with an ambulance or police siren. It was hard to have a continuous sleep. We chose the hotel for the acropolis view from the roof top. But this view is only available if you sit in the expensive restaurant: the view was overrated.

A good area to access the monuments but the road is very noisy. Staff were super and food good.

The location was good for visiting the monuments but for me it was too near a very busy, dirty and loud main road. my room was also under the restaurant and chairs scraping on the floor kept me from sleeping on several occasions. but the balcony early in the morning was nice. Bed was very comfortable but not the pillows.

I would have liked more local seasonal fruit - such as figs for breakfast. I couldn't have tea in the breakfast area because it needs boiling water to brew properly not 'warm' water. Prunes and dried apricots would also have been nice too. The road was too noisy for me.

If I was staying in Athens would consider this again. Price was fantastic for how good it was.

Staff were great, rooms spacious ( got the premium double ) and the hotel itself was really modern and clean. The restaurant with acropolis view was great.

would have been nice to have been a little closer to syntagmus square in hindsight. Also a better view from the room but I suppose that is luck of the draw!

Nice location for access to Athens attractions

Nice selection of breakfast items. Exceptional cream pastry and crepes! Good variety of hot items like eggs, omelet, bacon, etc. Proximity to attractions and shopping was easily walked.

Wonderful

The room was spacious with balcony (although not much of a view. Staff was very very helpful even packed me a takeaway breakfast as I had a very early flight before buffet breakfast was serviced. The hotel is very close to Plaka which is very lively with bars and restaurants and also very closed to major attractions. It was a very comfortable stay.
